1. Offer Details
   The Black Friday 2025 Bundle Offer (valued at $399) includes the annual EverBee Research Business Plan subscription, advanced product trend tracking, and a collection of exclusive expert-led courses, templates, and digital downloads.

2. Refund Policy

   • Full refunds are not available for this offer.
   • The Black Friday Bundle includes digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase. Once delivered and accessed, the value of the content is considered consumed, and the entire purchase price is not eligible for a full refund.
   • A pro-rated refund may be requested for up to 8 months of unused EverBee Research Business Plan service.
   • Refund requests must be initiated within the first 8 months of the purchase date and must be submitted to hello@everbee.io with your name, email, and invoice number.
   • Refund processing may take 7–10 business days after approval.

3. Upgrades and Store Credit

   
   If you are a Growth plan Annual and Monthly user, you can still purchase the Black Friday offer. Your current Growth annual plan will be upgraded to a Business annual plan, Any unused value will be converted into account credit on a prorated basis and will be applied automatically on your next billing cycle.

    

   This credit will be automatically applied as a discount to your next billing cycle.
