Refund Policy for Black Friday 2025 Bundle Offer

This policy applies specifically to the Black Friday 2025 Bundle Offer (valued at $399), which includes the annual EverBee Research Business Plan subscription, advanced product trend tracking, and a collection of exclusive expert-led courses, templates, and digital downloads 

1. Refunds

Full refunds are not available for this offer.

The Black Friday Bundle includes a significant amount of Digital Content (courses, templates, and digital downloads) that are delivered to the customer immediately upon purchase. Once this digital content has been delivered and accessed, its value is considered consumed, and therefore, the entire purchase price is not eligible for a full refund.

2. Pro-Rated Refund Eligibility

We stand by the quality of our service. If you are not satisfied and choose not to proceed with the annual subscription component of the offer, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, subject to the terms below:

A pro-rated refund can be requested for up to 8 months of unused EverBee Research Business Plan service.

• Your invoice number (optional)

All refund requests must be initiated within the first 8 months of the purchase date. Refund processing may take up to 7-10 business days after approval.
